My Story

My name is Dominick Rediker and I am the founder behind Florida Outlaw Jerky. Making jerky has been a passion of mine since my grandpa taught me how, which is something I will always cherish. Small batches and spices dusted by hand ensure a flavorful explosion which will have you coming back for more!

Currently offering five flavors: The Angry Canadian, Coal Dust, Florida Cowboy, Smokin’ in the Orchard, and Vegan Nightmare. New flavors and limited releases are dropped periodically so be sure to keep an eye on our socials!
